The track laying gantry crane is designed and manufactured specifically for laying 25 meter track panels in subways (urban light rail), and can also be used for single crane construction or multiple linked laying of 125 meter long track panels.

The main beam of the machine adopts a ingot shaped single box beam as the main load-bearing component unit, and the units are connected by bolt pairs. It is equipped with a self driving device and an electric hoist lifting device, with a simple structure and stable and reliable performance.

The track laying gantry crane is mainly used for track laying and maintenance in subway construction. The track laying machine can be driven by a hydraulic system to adjust the height of the whole machine and change the walking span. The height adjustment range of the whole machine is 3158mm-3808mm, and the span adjustment range is 3000mm-3900mm. It is suitable for use in areas below 2000 meters above sea level.

This subway track laying machine can work together with two machines to simultaneously complete the 25m track panel laying, or it can work separately to lift concrete and other individual items.
